The Space Enjoy this spacious and comfortable Independence home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Whether you're here for an NFL/MLB game, a World Cup match, or just visiting KC, you'll have your own private entrance and full run of the space. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 beds total: Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Queen In addition, the two living rooms contain a futon-style couch, and a regular couch that can be used for sleeping. 🛁 Bathrooms 2 full bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is upstairs in the hallway between bedrooms 1 and 2. House Rules / Local Notes No smoking indoors, no parties or large gatherings; guests who break these rules may be asked to leave. Per city ordinance, the property uses noise monitors. Only preapproved dogs are allowed. Please report all pets at booking. Please pick up after your dog and do not leave trash or cigarette butts outside. Before you check out, please make sure all trash is in the trash cans and no food is left out. Be respectful of the neighbors, including the other half of the duplex. Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. Guests are responsible for damages to the property. The property sits near the E. 39th St S and Noland Road intersection, a short drive from Interstate 70: ultra convenient for walking the neighborhood or driving anywhere in the KC metro. Noise: expect some road noise and the occasional siren. Each bedroom has a noise machine. Safety: Centerpoint Medical Center's ER is a few miles down the road, and a fire station is 0.4 miles away. Noland and 39th is one of the city's main thoroughfares. We love providing our guests enjoyable stays on their visits to KC. If there are any issues at all, please let us know as soon as possible so we have a chance to make it right!

A note on the lock: please manually lock the door behind you when leaving (details in your check-in message and guidebook) — this is currently a manual step rather than automatic.
